🧸 Little Explorers: Feelings Are Like Weather

Feelings come and go, like sunshine, rain, and storms. No feeling lasts forever, and no feeling is bad. Feelings are signals about what we need.

Big idea: The weather changes, but the sky stays steady.

Teaching script: All feelings are okay to have, even the big uncomfortable ones. Feelings are like weather passing through you. You are the sky.
